Turkey Trot 5K Run for Fun

Colorado Fitness will host the umpteenth annual Turkey Trot 5K Run for Fun on Thanksgiving Day at Charmar Park. We will run the Van Tuyl Loop starting at 9AM. Bring your friends, kids and dogs. We always have a great turnout, it’s totally for fun so no timer and no racing, but you can run fast if you want to!!

High Altitude Masters Swimming Program

HAMS is underway and we currently have instruction on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:45AM and Thursdays at Noon at the WSCU pool. We are also swimming as a group with a structured workout on Mondays at 5:45PM and Saturdays at 10AM at the Rec center pool. When is the Gym Closed?

The gym is generally closed for major holidays: New Years Day Memorial Day Weekend and Memorial Day July 4th Labor Day Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after and the weekend Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.   We may open at 8AM on some recognized holidays: Presidents Day MLK Day Columbus Day
